How long does the whole process take? ▾

From starting your assessment to receiving your medication, the typical timeline is 5–7 business days. Your physician reviews within 24 hours, and the pharmacy ships within 24–48 hours of approval.

What if the physician decides a protocol isn't right for me? ▾

If a physician determines that a protocol is not medically appropriate for you, you will not be charged. Your physician may recommend an alternative approach or suggest you consult with your primary care provider.

Do I need to upload lab work? ▾

It depends on the protocol. Some protocols like hormone optimization may require recent lab work. Your physician will let you know if additional labs are needed as part of your assessment review.

How do the monthly check-ins work? ▾

Each month, you complete a brief progress update. Your provider reviews your response, adjusts dosages if needed, and sends your next refill to the pharmacy. You can also message your provider anytime through the platform.

Can I switch protocols later? ▾

Yes. If your goals change or your physician recommends a different approach, you can switch protocols at any time. Your provider will guide the transition to ensure it is safe and effective.
